Went Batam yesterday with my parents, uncle, aunt and cousin.
36 bucks each for a 45 minutes ferry ride.
I was actually quite thrilled when the ferry sailed along the shore of Sentosa Island.
That's the first time I see Sentosa, like...really the whole of Sentosa. I didn't realise that island is actually so big and...underdeveloped.
Then the first stop is POLO RALPH LAUREN. According to my cousin and sis-in-law, that shop is the only ORIGINAL PRL shop in Batam. Okiez, I don't know how true is that but the sales girls did show to us how to differentiate the real thing from the fako...so in the end...almost each and every one of us got a PRL polo tee. My parents and I spent like less than 200 bucks in that shop. It's like half of that price in Singapore. That's also the only shop we spent the longest time...haha about 2 hours?

Well basically, there is this MegaMall which many Singaporeans visit during the weekends. But I don't really think it's any MEGA...Though the size is considered huge, but shopping there is like shopping in any of our heartland malls...Nothing much.
Then we have our dinner at this Godiva Coffee...a...ermz...western-thai-chinese restaurant. Whatever. The food is cheap lahz. Okay the photos are quite small, but I know the Seafood fried rice costs around 15,000 RP...Exchange rate 1:6350...which means the seafood fried rice costs only SGD 2plus...Then some western fried set around 30,000 RP...4 plus to 5...and I know my vanilla milk shake costs only 2 plus...much cheaper than that at Cafe Cartel which costs me like...6-8 bucks?
Haha...Their DFS! hahahahaha SO LOK KOK...
The trip back was horrendous. I don't know why, it was totally shaky. I got seasick...FELT SO SICK...and went home vomitted. Fucked.
My trophy from the shopping trip...duhz...I merely got this polo tee plus a skinny black jeans..again. Anywayz This polo tee costs around SGD76. I'm going down Taka to check the price in SG... It was claimed to be around SGD275...Shun bian check if this one I bought is a fako anot.
